To make it easy for you, we offer Free Shipping (in the USA) for all of our products.

We ship to the U.S and worldwide.
Processing time
Order verification, tailoring, quality check, and packaging. All orders are sent to the manufacturer for dispatch within 24 hours after the order is placed. The manufacturer and post-process of the orders take an additional 1–4 days.
We ship from a few different warehouses, so in some cases when you order more than one item, it may arrive in different packages.
Shipping time
This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination.
On average, to the United States, a package can take 3-15 days to arrive from the date of shipment.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Refunds will be handled through email, if necessary.
Import duties and taxes
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches the country of its destination. Magic Coconuts is not responsible for these charges. If they are applied, they are your responsibility as the customer.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number that you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 20 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at wecare@magiccoconuts.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges

We accept returns up to 15 days after delivery. If the item is unused and in its original condition, we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at wecare@magiccoconuts.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
