Q. Where do you ship from?
A. We ship from our logistic center located in China. If you order more than one item you’ll receive everything in one package.

Q. How long will it take for my items to arrive?
A. It will usually take 6 -15 business days to the USA, UK and The European Union (EU). Rest of the World – 8-25 business days.

Q. How long will it take to receive a tracking number?
A. It will take usually between 1-3 business days.

Q. Where can I place an order from?
A. You can place the order from most of the countries in the world. If you find an issue to place order from your country, please contact us.

Q. Which currency will I be charged in?
A. We processes all orders in USD. While the content of the cart is displayed in several currencies, you will checkout using USD at the most current exchange rate.

Q. Will I receive confirmation number when I place my order?
